Hello World,
Or shall i say Hello 7 or 8 people that actually read this?? LOL. I hope all is well with each and every one of you today. This episode of my life does not really have any certain purpose. I am pretty much writing to pass time and boredom... Today has been a pretty good day. I woke up early and went to church, and even stopped by the amazing Raising Canes with some really good friends. To be honest with you I have no idea why it is that im so motivated right now.
For the past hour or so all i can think about is succeeding. I want so bad to finish college out and make my parents proud. I want it for myself, and i want it for them. I want to be someone some day. I sit around with my friends and we ask questions like,
"Do you think you will still be in Richmond after you graduate?"
"Do you know what you even want to do?"
and to be honest with you i have an idea of what i want to do. But Just like all the other ideas since the age of five and me wanting to be an orthodontist, its just an idea they come and go and even change. When i have these talks with friends, i have all these dreams, goals, and expectations that i want to accomplish. Some ofcourse seem out of this world and unrealistic, but in all actuality i know that if i set my mind to it i can get it done. Im not the type to give up. When i have my mind set i will do what ever i have to do to get it done, NO MATTER THE OBSTACLE. To answer the questions above, Yes i do plan on still being in RIchmond after i graduate. Mainly because after all the time i spend complaining about this place, the 859 hasn't really been that bad to me. Blogs and thoughts like this are caused by me having those infamous "Heart To Hearts" with all my best friends. If you all are anything like me and my friends, then just about every time you sit down together, you're having one.
I do not know what it is that sparked my interest in talking about this today. Maybe it was Rev Runs Twitter account?? (@RevRunWisdom) i look at his twitter on a daily basis. Its always nice to have a good motivational quote. So with that being said "America is all about speed. Hot, nasty, bada** speed."
– Eleanor Roosevelt, 1936
LOL i kind of went a complete different direction on that one. Sorry didn't mean to throw you all for a loop. I hope you all enjoyed this entry, and i appreciate you taking time out of your day to read these. More to come and they will not all be so serious. I promise.
Adam
